Enjoy a privileged position in Cap d'Agde, a seaside resort in Languedoc-Roussillon, near Béziers and Montpellier.

This 3-floor residence with a lift and swimming pool is located near the harbour in the town centre, right next to the shops and close to the beach.

Many activities are offered in Cap d'Agde.

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made up for arrival.
Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment.
End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).
Cleaning kit.
Television.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays, from 09:00 to 12:00 on Sundays and Wednesdays and from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon and on Wednesday afternoon.
